Transform Complex XML Reports into Human-Readable Insights in Seconds!
Turn Raw XML Into Real Visibility
Raw XML is for machines. Our visual dashboards show you exactly who is sending mail on your behalf and where they are failing.
Identify Spoofing in Seconds
We highlight unauthorized IP addresses and phishing attempts so you can move toward a p=reject policy with confidence.
Fix Deliverability Issues
Spot “Pass/Fail” trends at a glance. Identify legitimate services that are misconfigured and hurting your sender reputation.
No Technical Expertise Required
You don’t need to be a developer to understand your email security. We provide the “Human-Readable” version of your security posture.
A DMARC XML report is an automated email authentication report sent by mailbox providers like Google, Microsoft, and Yahoo. These reports summarize how your domain’s emails performed against DMARC, SPF, and DKIM policies.
However, DMARC reports are delivered in raw XML format, which can be complex and difficult to interpret without a dedicated DMARC report analyzer.
There are two types of DMARC reports, each serving a different purpose:
Aggregate Reports (RUA): The Big Picture
RUA reports provide a summarized, high-level view of your domain’s email activity. They include sending sources, authentication results, alignment status, and message volumes.
Instead of reviewing thousands of lines of XML data, you get clear trends, geographic insights, and visual breakdowns of pass and fail rates.
Forensic Reports (RUF): Detailed Failure Insights
RUF reports focus on individual authentication failures. They help you understand exactly why a specific message failed DMARC evaluation, making it easier to identify spoofing attempts, misconfigurations, or unauthorized senders.
Our analyzer parses these details securely while protecting sensitive information.
Manual uploads are useful, but true protection requires always-on visibility.

Forensic reports are sent by your receiver’s email service provider to the reporting email address defined by you in your DMARC record.
Failure reports are usually sent once a day by email, and may also be triggered immediately when an SPF or DKIM identifier fails to align with DMARC.
