PowerDMARC AI Terms of Service

1. AI Terms apply

If you enable any AI Features, your use is governed by the PowerDMARC AI Terms, which are incorporated by reference.

2. Customer responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring only authorized users enable AI and select domains.
• Validating AI Outputs before applying changes to DNS, mail systems, or security controls.

PowerDMARC shall not be responsible for actions taken or not taken based on AI Outputs.

3. Disclaimers for AI Outputs

AI Outputs are provided “as is” for informational/advisory purposes only and may contain inaccuracies or omissions PowerDMARC does not warrant that Outputs will prevent security incidents or identify every misconfiguration.

4. Prohibited Use

You will not use AI Features to:

• Generate or facilitate unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, extract model parameters. or bypass technical protections.
• Use Outputs for regulated determinations about individuals or other prohibited high-risk use cases.

5. Suspension Rights

PowerDMARC may suspend or limit AI Features if we reasonably believe there is misuse, security risk, or violation of these terms.
