BIMI Checker FAQs

Your logo might not appear if your BIMI record is wrong, your domain doesn’t have strict DMARC enforcement, or your logo doesn’t meet the required format. Also, BIMI only works in supported inboxes, and not all email providers display BIMI logos.

Your BIMI logo must be in SVG Tiny Portable/Secure (SVG P/S) format, which is stricter than regular SVG. It needs the correct attributes like baseProfile=”tiny-ps” and version=”1.2″, plus a <title> element for the company name. Adding a <desc> element is recommended for accessibility.

BIMI implementation itself is free, but you may need a Verified Mark Certificate (VMC), which has a cost. PowerDMARC offers a hosted BIMI solution that simplifies the setup and management for you.
