Job Responsibilities
- Design and prototype user interfaces for our web application, ensuring a cohesive and modern look and feel.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system, ensuring consistency across the application.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure the implementation feasibility of proposed designs.
- Work with product teams to map user flows and create intuitive navigation experiences.
- Perform UX research and analysis to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Utilize analytics and heatmap software to monitor and improve the application’s UI/UX.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, providing solutions to enhance usability and user satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve our design processes and deliverables.
- Communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine designs.
- Perform design tasks as per company requirements, ensuring alignment with overall project goals and standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
- Proficiency in design tools, particularly Figma, and familiarity with other tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Sketch.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience with responsive design and creating designs for various screen sizes and devices.
- Knowledge of creating, updating, and maintaining a design system.
- Experience collaborating with front-end developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation quality.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
Other Qualifications
- Previous experience designing for web applications is a big plus.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
